A Piece of Me

Hi! I know, I know. Been a while since I posted something.  I have my reason and I can tell you that it's actually unreasonable. God, I don't know what I'm talking about. To be completely honest. I've had this idea of a new project I'm about to work. I'm planning to write a new story and there's nothing to discuss yet. I haven't even think about the detail. There's just this random scene that kept popping in my head. So what keeps me busy lately is the fact that I've been studying new language. Why? I know I'm not actually the type of person that likes to studying. But this new story I'm about to write, well there is a few scene where I want the conversation part to be written in Dutch. Yes. The new language I'm trying to study is Dutch. Anyway, funny story. As you've probably knew by now, English is not my native language. I've learned it by watching movies, and listening to songs. HAPPY NEW YEAR. The sentence above might feels different than the one we usually said each year before 2020. It is normal if we look forward to 2021 since 2020 has been rough. Admit it, we have been sick of 2020, right? Therefore, now is the time that everyone has been waiting. The beginning of a new year. I believe and i wish everyone is having the same hope as i do for this year 2021, which is for everything to be alright. For everything to be back to normal. For us to finally be happy again. For us to finally being able to breathe the fresh air without a mask. Personally, I'm not only wishing for 2021 to treat us well. I mean, among the other things, yes, that will be nice if 2021 turns out be better than 2020. But i also wish that we, treat us well. I wish that we can treat each other well.  2020 has been hard. We all have our challenges. We all have through so much. I want to say that i'm proud that we survived. I want to say that i'm glad we make it to 2021 together. ...

Hi! I don't know why i decided to make the second part of the introduction. I guess i just want to go deeper and explain about myself even more. About when and why i started to writing. It's going to be long but i know no one is actually going to read it, so yeah. Let's start from the beginning. As a child, i don't have a trouble in reading or talking. I just have a trouble in socializing with people. Communicating, sharing my feeling and stuff. I guess that's just how i was built.  I've learned. People cut me off in a middle of a conversation is nothing new. Friends, family, they're all the same. They never listen to me without interrupting. Most of the time they just don't give me a chance at all.  That's when i started to shut my mouth. I know very well that probably, no one is going to see this. Still, I feel the need to make a proper introduction. As you can see. My display name is Ivy, therefore you can call me that. Ivy is a beautiful name, my real name is actually sounds alike. I just changed it a bit because it's more beautiful. I can't exactly say that i'm an ordinary person. My whole life, everyone i've met has been saying that i'm different. I don't know if they mean it in a good way or not. But i'm definitely not proud about that. Yes. To make myself clear.
